As Founder of LUX BRAND, I work with businesses that want to deliver meaningful, sustainable experiences for their customers. For over a decade, I’ve led small and medium-sized businesses as they innovate, launch, and grow in Boston, NYC, and abroad.
Whether a company is just starting out, exploring a pivot, or revitalizing an existing brand, I meet teams where they are and develop strategic approaches informed by research, data, and experience. I’m passionate about crafting unique brands that resonate, foster loyalty, and create lasting connections.
Our experience spans fintech, high-end fashion, lifestyle products, hospitality, and specialized practices. We’ve led brand relaunches, built first-time digital presences, and contributed to strategic growth projects worldwide.

Bio: Antonina holds a degree in English from Boston College, a Master’s Certificate in Media Studies from The New School in NYC, and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin School of Business, and has studied design thinking at the Stockholm School of Economics. She volunteers in her local community in Boston's Bellevue Hill neighborhood.
